Film/TV Composition

Groove (2017)

I graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Screen Arts and Cultures and History in 2018. Having come to school after several years as a touring musician, I wanted to study a new side of music and how it interacted with the visual. I ended up falling in love with scoring, working with directors and actors to realize my musical vision. Along the way, my scores won awards and the projects I worked on began appearing at film festivals, on television, the internet and in video games.

These days I run a small composition studio and continue to design music for a variety of projects. Composing scores and soundtracks gives you the ability to step away from a busy world and focus on purely creating new and imaginative things. It allows me to explore music fully, from every genre, and collaborate with great creative minds.

Below you’ll my portfolio, references and samples of my compositions. Interested directors, producers and writers can contact me here with project details for quotes and availability.
